Additional written agreements may apply to coaching, consulting, training, speaking engagements, licensed programs, events, products, or other services. If an additional written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the applicable transaction or service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE WEBSITE-BASED PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. Severability and Waiver
