Additional written agreements may apply to coaching, consulting, training, speaking engagements, licensed programs, events, products, or other services. If an additional written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the applicable transaction or service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE WEBSITE-BASED PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to the website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to that court's personal jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
